He was predeceased by: his parents, Eares Meadows and Othella Meadows (Swanzy); his wife Pauline Meadows; his son Tommy Toney; and his granddaughter April.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathie Mullins and Brenda White (Ben); his grandchildren, Christi, Amy, Michael and Tommy Jr.; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Jace, Gabriel, Libby, Taylor, Parker and Collin. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
