She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Franklin Clark and Myrtle Huff Clark. She is survived by: her husband Duane Spruill; her son Howard (Bryan); her siblings, Tim, Tommy, Garry, Danny Clark, LaVerne Hutchteman, Dorothy Clark, Melba Horne, Janet Williams and Pat Housewright; her grandchildren, Mandy (Lance Greathouse) of College Station, Jason Spruill (Kynda) of Charlotte, Sarah Priest of Stillwater and Hayden Kirkby (Katy) of Denton; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Trenton Greathouse, Hazel, Ellie Priest, Tiffany, Alex and Ashley Hewitt; and also, Lilly Spruill of Allen and Bryan Spruill of Denison. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
