He is survived by: his children, Melinda Bell Johnson of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Crystal, Kevin Harrelson of Union Valley, TX and Misti Crocker of Forney, TX; his grandchildren, Curtis, Bradley, Kaylee, Madison, Kassidy, Payton and Blake; his sister Kerry; and his brother-in-law David Ozment. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
