He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joe Miller, Barbara Hobbs and Sandy Penn. He is survived by: his sons, David, Toby, Greg and Michael Miller; his brother Scott Miller; his grandchildren, Jake, Jordin, Kinsler and Harper Miller; and his great grandchildren, Caroline Miller, Rose, Eloise and Margot Mascarenas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
