It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Jo Rowell of Mesquite, Texas, born in Forney, Texas, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph York and Mary Linda Porter York; her husband Billy Ray Rowell; and her daughter Karen Rowell. She is survived by: her brother David York; her daughters, Susan Rowell Sifford and Julie Rowell Clements; and her sons-in-law, Pete Sifford and Mike Clements. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and their spouses, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
