She is survived by: her children, Shirley Mindock (Ralph) and David Hlavenka (Kelli); her daughter-in-law Celeste Hlavenka; her grandchildren, Eric Mindock (Susan), Jennifer Carson (John), Joshua Hlavenka (Amber), Jilliane Fernandes (Melvyn), Jeremy Hlavenka (Samantha) and Rose Hlavenka; and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Sophia, Margaret, Joseph, Luke, Christopher, Mary Fernandes, John, James Carson and Silas Hlavenka.
