He is survived by: his wife Vicki Middleton; his children, Dale Middleton, Lonnie Middleton (Regina), Darrel Middleton (Lynn), Keith Middleton and Chris Baugh; his grandchildren, Anna Molder (Karl), Lonnie II Middleton (Kayla), Chris Middleton, Ryan Middleton, Ashley Middleton, Zachary Middleton, Matthew Middleton, Toni Escamilla (Joe), Corey Middleton and Dezirae Middleton; and his great grandchildren, Brianna, Danielle, Luke, Daynton, Paul, Wyatt, Jasper, Milo and Zander.
