Justin Dwayne Gentle Obituary

Funeral services for Mr. Justin Dwayne Gentle, aged 42, of Mesquite, TX, are scheduled for 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the First Baptist Church in Edgewood. A visitation period will precede the service, beginning one hour prior.

Justin Dwayne Gentle was born on June 4, 1981, to parents Penny and Henry Gentle. Raised in Mesquite, he graduated from Mesquite High School. He later moved to San Antonio, where he established his home with his wife, Stefnie Darrah and pursued a career in landscaping. A devoted man of faith, he regularly attended Cornerstone Baptist Church in San Antonio. Recently, he relocated to Terrell, where he worked alongside his father, Henry, in the field of landscaping.

Justin is survived by his wife, Stefnie Gentle of San Antonio; parents, Henry and Penny Gentle of Terrell; daughter, Liberty Grace Gentle; son, Jager Dewayne Gentle; stepdaughter, Cora Walker; stepson, Caleb Walker; sisters, Michelle King of Ft. Worth, Rachelle Gentle of Terrell, and Amber Gentle and husband Ryan Boileau of Forney; grandmothers, Rebble Lee Gentle of Edgewood, and Wanda Jean Anderson of Minneola; and numerous other relatives and friends.

In addition to his immediate family, Mr. Gentle is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Henry Watson, Cliff Gentle, and Sonny Burns.
