She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Steven and Janie Amelia Krasucky; and her husband Billy Jack Burk. She is survived by: her children, Gerald Wayne Burk, Susan Gale, Rickey Lynne Burk and Terry Jean; her grandchildren, Michael Grayson Burk, Sadie, Emma Grace "Gracie" Burk, Christa Burk and Carissa LeAnn Burk; and her great grandchildren, Melissa Gaylan, Ryan Creed Royal, Daylan Persley, Amyhia, Jacks Michael Burk and Beau Walker Burk.
