He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Millard Skelton, Sr. and Louise Taylor Skelton; his wife Kathleen; his children, Julia Harryman (Jim) of Sunnyvale and John M. Skelton III of Dallas; his grandsons, Reece Harryman and Brett Harryman; and his siblings, Jere Skelton (Faye), Danny Skelton (Diane), Gulf Breeze, Nola Blackwell, The Colony and Joy McClure. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
