It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Lawrence Brasher of Mesquite, Texas, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Brasher and Izoria Brasher. He is survived by: his children, Mindy Mize (Jay), Elizabeth Selman (Michael) and Colin Brasher (Connie Zhang); his granddaughters, Alexis Elise Mize, Keira Mackenzie Mize and Piper Jean Selman; his caregiver Cindy Nuffer; his siblings, Yvonne Street (Jeff) and Bryan Brasher (Wendie Jones); his sister-in-law Shirley Kennemer (Sudduth); his nephew Chris Walters; and his pet Beau.

“I was a co-worker of Jeff's for about 8 years. Found out early on that we both are from Mesquite. We not only worked closely together but also enjoyed many laughs together. Sometimes that was the only way we could get through the workday. I was really bummed when Jeff left our last employment to move on; he was definitely hard to replace both in his field of work and as a friend, but we kept in touch. I will miss him greatly. My condolences to Beth, Colin and family. Pam Shilling”
