She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Eugene and Ella Louise Scott; her husband William; and her brothers, Warren Scott (Sonny) and Delbert Scott (Bert).
She is survived by: her children, Emma Louise Starkweather (Emmy Lou) and Alvin Wilbur Starkweather, Jr.; her sister Beverly Gilliam (Gary); her daughter-in-law Natalie Starkweather; her grandchildren, Alexandrea Starkweather (Alex), Victoria Baker (Dylan) and Dakota Starkweather; and her great grandchildren, Abby, Levi, Harper, Evie and Natalie Rose. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
