He is survived by: his children, Matthew (Pattie Curtis) and Laura Curtis; his grandchildren, Michael (Monica Curtis) and Taylor (Kyle Reid); his great grandchildren, Declan and Weslie Curtis; and his siblings, Sara Whitt, John Smart, Jr. and Charles Smart. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
