He was predeceased by: his parents, Foy E. Bellows and Irene Bellows (McNeese); his wife Betty Bellows (Flanders); his former wife Lucy Bellows (Bostick); his siblings, James Ray, Harley Edgar (Evelyn) and Carolyn Caldwell; and his grandsons, Luc M. and Frank Hendrickson.
He is survived by: his brother Paul Edwin (Quida) of Frisco, TX; his grandchildren, Ronald A. Rainville, Christopher, Richard, Brian, Colleen and Sonny; his children, Sharon A. Bullock, Christa Howe-Lambert, Erica Owen, Carl W. Bellows (Denise) of Berlin, Tracy B. Markovich and David M. Bellows Jr. of Sammamish; and his close friend Dian Pack of Mesquite, TX.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, friends.
