He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Henry, Rosa Mae Forte, James and Ruby Braxton. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Forte; his son Greg (Aaron); his father Christopher Forte, Sr.; his siblings, Imani Forte-Howard (Maury) and Kenan Forte; his children, Derrius, Diallo and Mia of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his grandchildren, Alanah and Braedyn; his nieces, Avery and Jade; and his nephew Braxton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers, and sister in-laws.
