She was predeceased by: her father Willie Pearl Allen Cunningham (East); her siblings, Bill Allen and Barbara Allen Crow; her son Jason Runnels; and her great grandchild Henry Murray.
She is survived by: her husband Willard L. Runnels; her children, Robin Runnels (Jennifer), Stephen Runnels (Beverly) and Shannon Runnels (Julie); her daughter-in-law Kari Runnels; her grandchildren, Aimee Milam, Rachel Hampton (Ryan), Samantha Runnels, Austin Runnels (Kaylyn), Miranda Runnels, Alexis Baxter (Branson), Brandi Runnels (Michael Weber), Shelby Clardy (James) and Hannah Schofield (Zack); her great grandchildren, Seth, Kendrick, Peyton, Lillan, Ava, Nolan, Bellamy, Riven, Darci, Weber, Lindsey Faye of Allen James, Justin Michael, Remi Jean and Finley Rae; and her nieces and nephews, Florie, Dawn, Johnette, Aaron, Kelly, Jeff and Daniel.
