Bernard Kozlovsky Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Kozlovsky of Mesquite, Texas, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes (Zgarba) and Joe M. Kozlovsky; his wife Eva Tallas Kozlovsky; and his daughter Becky Kozlovsky. He is survived by: his children, Eva Beth McGuire (Mike) and Karl Kozlovsky (Brandi); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Graham (Brett), Kole McGuire and Kurt McGuire; and his great grandchild Evelyn Graham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Bernard served at several Catholic parishes throughout his life and prior to the pandemic he attended St. Martin Catholic Church where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
