He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Perez; his children, Sammy Perez, Tammy Perez, Cassandra Perez, Jennifer Crum (Richard) and Julia Tibbals (David); his siblings, Celestino Perez and Emma Luna (Robert); and his brother-in-law Ramon Suarez. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 2 Great-grandchildren.
