She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Hensley and Mary Hensley; and her siblings, Charles Hensley, Johnnie "Bud" Hensley and Edith Williams.

She is survived by: her husband Howard L. Freitag; her children, Jack D. Freitag (Laura) of Mertzon, Marilyn G. Duncan (Michael) of Blanchard and Jeanie Roumell (Larry) of Ft. Worth; her sister Norma Rae Comnick of Anderson; and her grandsons, Matthew Freitag (Ha), Bryant Freitag (Angi), Bobby Duncan (Jayme), Mark Duncan, Casey Roumell (Michelle) and Anthony Roumell. She is also survived by her parents later in their life as well as her children, grandchildren and husband.
