He is survived by: his spouse Monnie Louise Sproul; his sister Marjorie Roller; and his children, Sandra Garland, Dennis R Burlingame, George M Burlingame, Clifford W Burlingame, Ralph H Burlingame, Mark A Burlingame and Roy K Burlingame. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew.
