She was predeceased by: her parent Carmel Toten Ballew; her husband James "Jim" Huggins; her son Clifford Louis Degner; her father Arthur Ballew; and her brother Harold "Sonny" Ballew (Barbara Ballew).
She is survived by: her siblings, Buddy Ballew (Fern) and Pat Watson (Dwayne); her son Clint Degner (Sarah); her daughter-in-law Rosemary Degner; her grandchildren, Chad Degner (Christina), Hailey Michelle Bartosh (John), Grant Degner, Lydia Degner, Kyra Cerda, Averyn Surovik, Trey Surovik and Kinley Surovik; her great grandchildren, Taylor Degner, Addyson Degner, Jackson Bartosh and Jim Huggins; her cousin Angie Hohenberger (Linda Wallace); and also, James Huggins, Jr. (Amy) and Vadie Ruth Allen. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
