She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Logan and Ann Logan. She is survived by: her husband Devon Perkins; her children, John Perkins (Amanda), Laura Swilley (Tyler) and Katie Perkins; her grandchildren, Brandon, Isabelle Perkins, Martha and Matilda Swilley; her sister-in-law Sharon Bowling (James); and her cousin Sue Johnson. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
