She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Craig Simmons and Tera Frances Simmons (Perry); her husband Weldon Wayne Ballew; her son-in-law Jimmy Hohenberger; and her siblings, Floyd Simmons, Lee Roy Simmons, Mildred Gunter and Frances Vuckovich.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam St. Ama (Ken) and Angela Hohenberger; her grandchildren, Benjy Hohenberger and Amy Ward (Wayne); her great grandchildren, Macy Ward and Paige Ward; and her sister Joan Marquart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
