He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Horton and Leatha Horton; his daughters, Cathy Coleman and Pamelia Jo Horton; and his grandson Andy Wayne Coleman.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva Welch Bell; his sisters, Lorene Wills, Melba Glasscock and Jo Ann West; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Wills, Debbie Cullar, Anita Myatt, Sandy Woods, Mike Wills, Brian Wills, Allan Glasscock, David Glasscock, Chuck West, Stephen West and Dan Boone.
Memorials may be given to Merkel First United Methodist Church and Wounded Warrior Project.
