It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vernell McCann of Merkel, Texas, who passed away on November 16, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Betty (Horton) and Isaac Vernon Garrett, Jr.; her husband Robert McCann, Jr.; her daughters, Karen Taylor (James) of Pasadena and Amanda Howard of New Braunfels; her siblings, Verlene Garrett, Ivalene Estes (Frank) of Abilene and Ikey Garrett (Cathy) of Merkel; and her uncle Jerry Horton (Audra) of Merkel. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
