He was predeceased by: his grandson Tyler Sawyer. He is survived by: his son Dale Jr; his wife Claudia Allison; his daughters, Tiera Nash (David) of Merkel, Jennifer Sawyer of Fort Worth and Farrah Dunn of LaPlace, LA; his mother Sharon Rice of Kansas; his siblings, Benny Rice, Wife Linda of Kansas, Gerald Rice (Charlene), Gary Rice, Vada Robert (Gary), Karen Rice and Toya Laney (Rick); and also Virl Allison of Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family is asking that donations in Terry's name be made to Hendricks Hospice http://hendrickhospice.org.
