Jack Boone Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2018, at the age of 87, Jack Boone (Merkel, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandson Sterling Jones. He is survived by: his wife Mary of Merkel; his children, Gail Strickland (Bob) of Merkel, Galen (Clesta) of Merkel, Christy Gromowsky (William) of Amarillo and Cindy Duncan (Ricky) of Abilene; and his brother Fred Boone (Brenda) of Amarillo. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Merkel Cemetery Association, 201 Edwards, Merkel, TX 79536.
