It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Tarpley of Merkel, Texas, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, E. L. "Babe" Tarpley and Billie Tarpley. He is survived by: his wife LeeAnn Holloway; his children, Brandi Morris (K. C.), Tamara Norton (Byron) and Adam Tarpley (Shortie); his grandchildren, RyAnne Morris, Cooper Morris and Emily Norton; and his aunt June Gregory.
Memorials may be given to American Cancer Society, Merkel Cemetery Association, or a charity close to your heart.
