He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wilson; his children, Monty Neel (Lori) and Jan Neel; his grandchildren, Ali Brooks (Brent), Mitch Adair (Katie), Justin Neel, Samantha Neel, Adam Neel (Chloe) and Sidney Neel; his great grandchildren, Mia Curtis, Kieran Curtis and Hadley Brooks; his brothers-in-law, Dr. Keith Wilson (Mary Beth) and Don Wilson; and his sister Peggy Hancock. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
