He was predeceased by: his parents, T. J. Neill and Una Neill (Garrett); his siblings, Jimmy Neill, Joe Neill and CeVene Slater; and his son-in-law David Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Freda Neill; his children, Bradley Neill and Ginger Weaver; his grandchildren, Brittany Arnold (Devin), Tyler Weaver (Lauren) and T. J. Weaver; his sister Katie Ferraro (Harper Creigh); and his sisters-in-law, Mattie Neill and Joan Neill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
