He is survived by: his wife Sheila Fay Stark; his children, James Stark, John Stark (Danielle), Jeremy Stark (Katie), Billye Penney (Dean) and Connie Bragg (Jeff); his son-in-law James Cruise; his brothers, Joe Stark and Jim Stark; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Tabatha, Jikki, Brandon, Ashley, Mathew, Justen, Jarett, Holly, Bradly, Kimberly, Baily, Ross, Brooke, Kasey, Tim, Nathan, Elizabeth Paige, Morgan and Paige C.; his great grandchildren, Angelica, Eric, Connor, Tristian, Mercedes, Jayden, Huntlee, Easton, Atley and Rowdy; and his great great grandchildren, Annika and Dezmond.
