She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Happy" Kuykendall and Zelma Lee Rogers; her husband Kenneth Butler; her stepfather Adam Shinn; and her siblings, Bobbie Jean Peppers, Travis Shinn, Bob Shinn and Tommy Shinn.
She is survived by: her children, Janis Richter (Dean) and Lyndel Butler (Tammy); her brother Jerry Shinn; and her grandchildren, Jason Campbell (Trena), Tawnya White (Corey), Megan Gunnels (Casey) and Stephanie Allard. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Together they owned and operated Kenneth Butler Foundation Repair.
