She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Lee Hammond, Sr. and Dortha Mae McFarland Hammond; her daughters, Earlene, Arlene and Darlene Speer; her husbands, Donald Gene Speer and Milton Charles Williams; her siblings, June Reed, Jackie Olsen and Vernon Lee Hammond, Jr. (Jerry); and her granddaughter Misty Rose Nelson Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lucy Nelson (Brad) of Crawford, Barbara Blake (Mike) of Laguna Park and Lisa Mitchell (Steve) of Houston; her stepchild Terry Brooks (Charlie Williams) of Clifton; her sisters, Janie Eary (Barney), Mary Fielder, Liz Glenn, Sally Baker, Debbie Woods and Becky Terrell; her siblings-in-law, Norma Hammond and Jim Reed; her grandchildren, Brandy Connor (Ryan), Angela Arthurs (David), Kristy Coward (Jimmy), John Lambert (Marilyn), Amber Wolfe (David), Jessica Nelson and Kayla Guerra (Jeffery); her grandson-in-law Stephen Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Brinley, Hailey, Nicky, Colin, Roxy, Robbie, Layne, Elijah, Georgia and Vera Faye. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
