It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Merle Dozier of Meridian, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Gustav Theiss and Ada Baker Theiss. She is survived by: her spouse H. D. Dozier; and her children, Debby Nichols, Denise Dozier, Stanley Dozier (Linda) and Kathy Heller (Todd). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
