He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack L. Rowland and Loree Bernhardt Rowland; his grandparents, John, Muryl Rowland, Otto and Clara Bernhardt; and his brother-in-law Larry Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Annalee Steen Rowland; his son Jay Rowland (Sharla) of Morgan; his granddaughters, Natalee Rowland Todaro (Austin) of Round Rock, Baylee Rowland of Morgan and Gracee Rowland of Morgan; his great grandchild Jaylee Todaro; and his sister Jackie Rowland Wheeler. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
