She was predeceased by: her parents, Enrique Gomez and Ofelia Trevino Nieto (Gomez); her husband Roberto S. Garcia; and her siblings, Felimon Gomez, Enrique Gomez, Federico Gomez, Juana Dominguez and Andrea Villarreal.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ruth Rincon (Robert), Irene Garcia, Debra Garcia and Roberto Garcia Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Villarreal (Jose), Aurelio Nieto (Emma) and Adolfo Nieto (Margie). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
