He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Head and Patricia Head. He is survived by: his wife Adele; his children, Deborah Craddock, Diana Cinkowski and Jeff Head (Olga); and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jessica and Jenna. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
