He is survived by: his wife Brunilda "Bruni" Benavides Cavazos; his sons, Marcos Andres Cavazos (Crystal) of Weslaco, Carlos Cavazos (Christina) of Edinburg and Christopher Cavazos of Edinburg; his grandsons, Marcus and Connor Cavazos; his sister Mary Lou Freiheit of Canyon Lake; and his brothers-in-law, Patrick Mullen and Kenneth Ticer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
