We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2024, at the age of 57, Martina Sanchez Aguirre of Mercedes, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Samuel Cavazos and Ermila Mendoza; her brother Robert Sanchez; and her brothers-in-law, Joe Aguirre and Albino Aguirre.

She is survived by: her husband Oscar Aguirre Jr.; her children, Ermila Aguirre (Gavino), Joanna Aguirre (Daniel) and Oscar Aguirre III (Magda); her mother San Juana Sanchez; and her siblings, Maria Barron, Juan Sanchez, Mario Sanchez, Julio Sanchez and Sonia Sanchez. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
