She was predeceased by: her father Ignacio Costilla; her husband Cruz Espinoza; her children, Maria Espinoza, Jesus Espinoza, Teodocio Espinoza and Griselda Espinoza; and her grandson Jesus Eduardo Espinoza.
She is survived by: her mother Delfina Costilla (Molina); her daughter-in-law Godulia Cortez; and her children, Efren Espinoza (Elena), Paty De Luna (Victor), Carmen Contreras (Hector), Hermerlindo Espinoza and Alma Espinoza. She is also survived by daughter-in-law, and Carmen Casas; 28 grandchildren, 63 great-grandchildren, and ten great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
