He is survived by: his parents, Juan Islas and Maria Guerrero Islas of Mercedes Texas; his children, Nissa Micaela Islas, Adam Michael Islas and Isaac Matthew Islas; his sisters, Veronica Chineke (Marcel) of Houston and Rebecca Castillo (Conrad) of Harlingen Texas; his grandparents, Eloy Islas and Maria Guerrero; and also Julian Islas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
