He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Silva and Benito Fonseca Sr.; and his brother Cornelio. He is survived by: his wife Lucia; his sons, Jacob and Paul; and his grandchildren, Paul Jr., Khloe, Marlene, Isaiah, Emma, Isaac, Ivan and Ian.
