He is survived by: his wife Maria of Refugio; his children, Maria Rodriguez, Rene Rodriguez, Rodolfo Rodriguez and Rolando Rodriguez; and his sisters, Guadalupe Roque, Hortencia Rodriguez, Diamantina Salinas, Norma Meza and Simona Rodriguez. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
