It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francisca Garza of Mercedes, Texas, born in Harlingen, Texas, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduviges Guerrero and Encarnacion Guerrero; her husband Heraclio Garza; her sons, Adolfo Garza, Cristobal Garza and Gerardo Garza; her sisters, Anita Vela and Encarnacion Cuellar; her niece Susanna Cuellar; and her nephew Roberto Garcia (Jose Luis Garcia).
She is survived by: her daughters, Maria Luisa Garza, Guadalupe Andrade, Rosario "Chayo" Garza, Estella Pizano and Norma Losoya; and her sisters, Maria Alvarez and Petra Garcia. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; cousins, relatives and friends.
