She was predeceased by: her parents, Arturo García and Elvira García; her siblings, Noel García, Norma Rodriguez and Elvira Gracia; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Cárdenas, Jr., Gilbert Cárdenas and Joe Silva.
She is survived by: her spouse Rubén Cárdenas, Sr.; her sons, Rubén Cárdenas, Jr., Noel J. Cárdenas (Cristi), Michael A Cárdenas (Ida) and Jorge A. Cárdenas; her grandchildren, Samantha, Jordan, Andrew, Kristian, Noah, Lauren, Jonah and Alizée Cárdenas; and her siblings-in-law, Wanda García, Emma Silva, Emelia Riojas (Reynaldo), Esmeralda Martinez (Alfredo), Amparo Cárdenas, Alonzo Gracia and Wilbert Cárdenas (Mary).
