He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnulfo Rincon and Carmen Rincon; and his siblings, Gilbert Rincon, Jose Rincon, Luis Rincon and Minerva.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia C. Rincon; his sons, Arturo Rincon (Ada) of Donna and Jerry Martinez; and his brothers, Lauro Martinez, Ismael Martinez, Ruben Martinez, Berniz Martinez and Alicia Martinez. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 greatgrandchild.
