He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith of Menard; his children, Billy Ray (Monee) of Fairbanks Alaska and Laura McGuiness of Menard; his grandsons, David McGuiness of South Dakota and Donavan Ray Smith of Hickory; and his siblings, Bobbi, Jolene, Charlene, Linda and Ronald. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
