It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Eppers (Memphis, Texas), born in Hedley, Texas, who passed away on April 21, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allison "Cotton" and Ola May Eppers (Armstrong). He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Joe Gail McDougal (Carolyn) of Dalhart, Bill Wallace of California, Beverly Wilke (Edmund) of Lubbock, Tommie Irene Quisenberry of Las Vegas, NV, Robin Molloy (Steve) of Memphis, TX and Robert Arther of Valdosta, Georgia; and his close friend Maria Moreno of Wellington. He is also survived by several extended family and friends.
