She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Edward Bourland and Ida Elizabeth Bourland (Savage); her husband John Welch Hancock; her siblings, George Curtis Bourland, Mary Elizabeth Coffman (Bourland) and Arthur Edward Bourland, Jr.; her grandson Cody Shea McDougle; and her son-in-law Lester Lewis Driver.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Lee Driver of Levelland, TX, Virginia Kay Hancock-Boyd (Jim) of Pampa, TX and Johnnie Sue Hancock of Amarillo, TX; her granddaughter Teri Douglas (Dave) of Elgin, TX; and her children, Tammy Green (Brent) of Littlefield, TX, Stephanie Spillers (Bob) of Clarendon, TX, Jami Ward Porter (Matthew) of West Grove, PA and Jeni Ward of Amarillo, TX. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, (7) seven great-great-grandchildren and other loving family and friends.
