He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Franklin Cranfill and Adah Price Cranfill (Johnson); his former wife Peggy Joyce Wright Cranfill; his father-in-law Harry; his siblings, James Vernon, Aubrey Leo "Leo" Cranfill (Jeannette), Hazel Cranfill and Dorothy Nicholson (Lee); and his siblings-in-law, Ann Laughlin, Mary Ruth Larabee, Dewey Wright (Owanna), Harold R. "Jones" Wright (Hazel), Allen E. "Teeny" Wright and H. C. "Booty" Wright.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Cranfill (Donna) of Amarillo and Alan Cranfill (Jerry Williams) of Houston, Texas; his sister Zelma Brockman (Joe) of Grand Prairie, Texas; his grandson Justin Cranfill (Elizabeth "Liz"); his great grandchild Graham of Amarillo, Texas; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Wright of Sherman, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
